Apothecary Art Sympathy

It is unfortunate when someone is taken from their family so quickly.  A soldier attached to my husbands unit was diagnosed with spinal cancer just a few weeks ago.  After two weeks, with his family by his side he passed on to a better world.  The unit held a memorial service here.  Each of the "shops" within the unit gave flowers and cards to the family.  This is the card I made to represent our "shop".

The tone on tone look for the background is an easy way to make an elegant and classy card.  The coordinating framelits make layers simple to do.  I colored the image in with blender pens and ink from the lid.
